Official Lottery Rules and Player Participation

These rules apply for both Lotto Lux and Lotto Pro.

Choosing Your Numbers

• Pick 2: Select numbers from 00 to 99
• Pick 3: Select numbers from 000 to 999
• Pick 4: Select numbers from 0000 to 9999
• Pick 5: Select numbers from 00000 to 99999

Straight vs. Boxed

• Straight: Your numbers must match the winning numbers in the exact order.
• Boxed: Your numbers can match the winning numbers in any order.

The payout is calculated by dividing the straight payout by the number of possible combinations of your numbers.

Example: A straight play for Pick 4
If you choose the numbers 1234, you will only win if the winning numbers are exactly 1234 in that order.
The payout for a straight play is 9,000 to 1.

Example: A boxed play for Pick 4
If you choose the numbers 1234, you can win if the numbers are drawn in any order, such as 1234, 1324, 2143, etc.
The payout for this type of box play is 375 to 1.
This is a 24-way box, so you have 24 chances to win (24/9,000).

• Pick 5: 90,000 to 1

Pick 2

• Straight (Ex: 1-2 - Precise Order)

  • Select a two-digit number between 00 and 99.
  • Payout: 90 for every 1

• 2-Way Box (Ex: 1-2 - Any Order)

  • Select a two-digit number with all unique digits. You get two chances to win.
  • Payout: 45 for every 1

Pick 3

• Straight (Ex: 1-2-3 - Precise Order)

  • Select a three-digit number between 000 and 999.
  • Payout: 900 for every 1

• 3-Way Box (Ex: 1-1-3 - Any Order)

  • Select a three-digit number with one unique digit. You get three chances to win.
  • Payout: 300 for every 1

• 3-Way Box (Ex: 1-2-3 - Any Order)

  • Select a three-digit number with all unique digits. You get six chances to win.
  • Payout: 150 for every 1

Pick 4

• Straight (Ex: 1-2-3-4 - Precise Order)

  • Select a four-digit number between 0000 and 9999.
  • Payout: 9,000 for every 1

• 4-Way Box (Ex: 1-1-1-4 - Any Order)

  • Select a four-digit number with one unique digit. You have four chances to win.
  • Payout: 2,250 for every 1

• 6-Way Box (Ex: 1-1-4-4 - Any Order)

  • Select a four-digit number where two digits repeat twice. You have six chances to win.
  • Payout: 1,500 for every 1

• 12-Way Box (Ex: 1-1-3-4 - Any Order)

  • Select a four-digit number with two unique digits. You have 12 chances to win.
  • Payout: 750 for every 1

• 24-Way Box (Ex: 1-2-3-4 - Any Order)

  • Select a four-digit number with all unique digits. You have 24 chances to win.
  • Payout: 375 for every 1

Pick 5

• Straight (Ex: 1-2-3-4-5 - Precise Order)

  • Select a five-digit number between 00000 and 99999.
  • Payout: 90,000 for every 1

• 5-Way Box (Ex: 1-1-1-1-5 - Any Order)

  • Select a five-digit number with four identical digits. You have 5 chances to win.
  • Payout: 18,000 for every 1

• 10-Way Box (Ex: 1-1-5-5-5 - Any Order)

  • Select a five-digit number with three and two identical digits. You have 10 chances to win.
  • Payout: 9,000 for every 1

• 20-Way Box (Ex: 1-1-1-4-5 - Any Order)

  • Select a five-digit number with three identical digits. You have 20 chances to win.
  • Payout: 4,500 for every 1

• 30-Way Box (Ex: 1-1-4-4-5 - Any Order)

  • Select a five-digit number with two pairs of identical digits. You have 30 chances to win.
  • Payout: 3,000 for every 1

• 60-Way Box (Ex: 1-1-3-4-5 - Any Order)

  • Select a five-digit number with one pair of identical digits. You have 60 chances to win.
  • Payout: 1,500 for every 1

• 120-Way Box (Ex: 1-2-3-4-5 - Any Order)

  • Select a five-digit number with all unique digits. You have 120 chances to win.
  • Payout: 750 for every 1

Ticket Costs

Lottery ticket cost = wager amount x number of drawings x number of played days.

The minimum ticket price is $0.25.

The maximum ticket prices vary depending on the pick. They are the following:

• Pick 2: $1,111.11
• Pick 3: $111.11
• Pick 4: $11.11
• Pick 5: $1.11

Maximum payout per draw, per household, is $100,000.

Drawings

All drawing closing times are displayed in Eastern Standard Time (ET). For Lotto Lux, ticket sales close 10 minutes prior to the official draw time.

• Example: NY Midday Pick 3 official drawing time is at 2:30 PM ET, so tickets must be purchased by 2:20 PM ET.

For Lotto Pro, closing times are also shown in ET, but may vary by draw. As such, closing times may differ between Lotto Pro and Lotto Lux.

Please note that closing times may be adjusted as needed.

Drawings using the same results (like ME, NH & VT) are considered one drawing for profit limits.

In the event that a state does not release its winning numbers as scheduled, management reserves the right to wait up to 24 hours, until the next available draw date, to ensure accuracy before grading.

Disclaimer: Only the initial drawing counts for grading; special, double, or additional draws do not count.

The platform is not responsible for player connectivity issues. Ensure a stable internet connection while purchasing tickets.

The platform reserves the right to update the rules and policies at any time. Players will be notified of any significant changes.

All tickets are final after purchase and cannot be voided.
